When We Use Email Tracking

We only deploy tracking technology in two specific types of reply emails (focused on service optimization):
  • Replies to your product inquiry emails;
  • Replies to your after-sales service requests.
We never use tracking in other email communications, including general marketing announcements, promotional updates, or non-service-related messages.

What Tracking Technology We Use

For the specified reply emails above, we may embed a 1×1 pixel invisible tracking pixel. Its sole purpose is to confirm whether you have opened our reply, helping us ensure timely service delivery.

Data Collected Through Tracking

  1. Email open status (a binary “opened” or “not opened” indicator);
  2. IP address (temporarily used solely to distinguish between administrator test opens and your actual opens).
