The DATAKOM AVR-20 is an advanced electronic device designed to ensure stable output voltage from brushless alternating current generators. Encapsulated in a robust, vibration-proof epoxy resin, the AVR-20 is built to withstand the harshest engine room environments.
Operating on a half-wave thyristor principle, this regulator is compatible with a wide range of generator brands. It features an “internal build-up” circuit, eliminating the need for external flashing of the magnetic field. The AVR-20 also includes built-in protection against under-speed operation, ensuring your generator remains safe during startup and shutdown.
